Matt has been an incredibly solid player and performer for The Mark Owens and Steve Wilbur Band. Being a tremendously gifted slide guitar player, he switches from lead to rhythm to slide on the fly throughout each performance. Matt has played professionally for many years having played a wide variety of music styles. He’s been used as a hired gun in many varied studio recording sessions and enjoys writing his own songs and recording them in his spare time. Matt is not only a great player in his own right, but also a very entertaining performer. Once you’ve seen and heard Matt let loose on one of his many guitar solos you will understand why his talent is in such high demand here in the Salt Lake Valley.
